OPENING WEEKEND AT ALAÏA BAY: APRIL 3RD & 4TH

The 2026 season begins on April 3rd and 4th with our Opening Weekend at Alaïa Bay.

Over the past months, our teams have been fully mobilized — optimizing operations, upgrading the site, and creating a few new waves — all in preparation for your return.

Soon, the Bay will be ready to welcome the community back, with the return of daily sessions and a full weekend to mark the launch of the season.

Here’s what you can expect.

 

FIRST SESSIONS OF THE SEASON — FRIDAY, APRIL 3RD

The Bay reopens with surf sessions running from 8:00 to 21:00.

Friday is all about the waves. It’s the first opportunity to book your preferred level, reconnect with your board, and ease back into the rhythm of regular sessions. Throughout the day, all levels will run according to the published schedule.

If you’re planning to surf that weekend, we recommend booking in advance. The first sessions of the year tend to fill up quickly, particularly for specific levels and peak times.

It will also be the perfect time to refresh your surf gear at the AAA Shop and enjoy a bite at Twin Fin, set against a unique backdrop.

 

OFFICIAL OPENING PARTY — SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH

On Saturday, we celebrate the official Opening Party with the entire Alaïa Bay community.

Surf sessions continue from 8:00 to 21:00, alongside a full on-site programme designed to keep the energy flowing throughout the day.

 

Morning Wellness & Brunch

 

The day begins with Yoga at 8:00, followed by coffee, croissants, and brunch from 9:00.

Surf Workout sessions take place at 10:00 and 16:00, with an additional Yoga session at 14:00.

 

Live Music & Atmosphere

 

From 11:00 to 14:00, a live band will perform on the terrace, set against the best possible backdrop.

From 15:00 to 18:00, Happy Hour will be accompanied by DJ sets starting at 15:00, setting the groove and building the atmosphere into the evening.

Throughout the day, the Wheel of Fortune will be spinning, with more than 30 prizes to be won.

• 5 Hurley beanies
• 5 Alaïa mugs
• 1 Hurley wetsuit

 

To receive a raffle ticket, simply enjoy food or drinks at Twin Fin and join the game.

 

EVENING HIGHLIGHTS

At 20:30, artist Le Gourmet will perform a DJ set. As night falls, surfers will take to the water for a final highlight moment, officially marking the start of the season.
