Ala\u00efa Bay est fi\u00e8re d\u2019accueillir la toute premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape du Wavepool Surf Tour, marquant le d\u00e9but d\u2019un nouveau chapitre international pour la comp\u00e9tition de surf en wavepool.<\/p>\n

Lorsqu\u2019Ala\u00efa Bay a ouvert ses portes au pied des Alpes suisses en 2021, le site a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le surf de haut niveau n\u2019\u00e9tait plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019oc\u00e9an. Cinq ans plus tard, Ala\u00efa Bay est devenue l\u2019une des destinations de surf artificiel les plus reconnues d\u2019Europe, accueillant aussi bien des d\u00e9butants que des athl\u00e8tes professionnels.<\/p>\n

Propuls\u00e9e par la technologie Wavegarden Cove<\/strong>, Ala\u00efa Bay s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme un lieu de progression, de coaching, d\u2019entra\u00eenement de haut niveau et d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux. Le site constitue donc un cadre naturel pour lancer une comp\u00e9tition sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour l\u2019\u00e8re des wavepools.<\/p>\n

D\u00e8s le 1er ao\u00fbt 2026<\/strong>, les participantes et participants soumettront leurs meilleures vagues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie Surf Eye<\/strong>. Leurs performances seront \u00e9valu\u00e9es afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir le premier classement de la saison inaugurale du Wavepool Surf Tour.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Contrairement aux comp\u00e9titions traditionnelles, qui d\u00e9pendent des conditions changeantes de l\u2019oc\u00e9an, le Wavepool Surf Tour propose un format constant et accessible fond\u00e9 sur les technologies modernes de vagues artificielles.<\/p>\n

Le concept permet \u00e0 davantage de surfeuses et de surfeurs de participer \u00e0 une comp\u00e9tition internationale, tout en conservant une forte exigence en mati\u00e8re de performance, de progression et de communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
